We have extensive experience in 202-b proceedings for established districts; Article 12c Improvement Area proceedings; and Environmental Facilities Corporation (EFC) Loans. In addition, we are available to formulate programs for municipal financing for capital programs. We also specialize in industrial development agency assisted transactions; such as lease only, lease with mortgage transactions, and installment sales. The assistance contemplated by the Agency includes mortgage tax abatement, sales tax exemptions, or special real property tax abatement exemptions (PILOTs).
